Shipping Policy
Sevans Home & Body Collection processing times may vary between 3–7 business days. All orders are shipped on Wednesdays.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email once your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Please note that processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Sevans Home & Body Collection is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural butters and oils that may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If melting occurs, simply place the product in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to allow it to firm up again.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of body care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery using the contact form on our website, with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped through third-party carriers such as USPS. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Sevans Home & Body Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered. Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Handmade Product Notice
Our products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, items may appear slightly different from what is shown on the website due to lighting or phone display settings, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
Because our body butters are whipped, slight settling or changes in texture may occur during shipping. This is normal and does not affect the performance of the product.

To maintain product freshness and quality, avoid introducing water into the jar and keep the lid tightly closed after each use.
